Hazael reached out to me on July 8th to be his photographer for a surprised proposal on Cannon Beach. August 1st was the big day. Hazael knew what he wanted and even hired a decorator to create the most gorgeous backdrop. The weather was sunny and bright. The beachgoers were waiting in anticipation. Everyone on the beach around us cheered and congratulated them as Hazael got to one knee. After taking some jaw dropping candids of their proposal, I got to meet them both for the first time. I immediately felt the love between them. We took some engagement photos. In addition, I placed a camera on a tripod and recorded audio of the whole interaction! I placed an audio device in the decoration and received crispy audio.
